FicBound only exists if the community trusts it. Here is what we commit to.

• For your personal use. Never for resale.

  Reselling a printed fanfiction is illegal and forbidden here. FicBound is a tool for the reader who wants to hold a fic they love as a real book — not a marketplace.

• Not your fic? Check that the author allows binding.

  Many authors say yes when asked. Some say no. Both answers deserve respect. If you're unsure, ask.

• No public gallery. No shared marketplace.

  Your book is yours. FicBound will never expose or sell other people's fics on your behalf.

• Upload only, no scraping.

  We ask you to upload the EPUB yourself. FicBound doesn't crawl AO3 or any archive. Their servers stay untouched.

FicBound sells nothing of your work. We take no cut of your writing.

The books our users make are private objects — bound in a bedroom, placed on a shelf next to the paperbacks that shaped them. Your story sits there because it changed someone.

If you'd rather your work not be bound at all, add that to your AO3 profile or work notes — your readers will see it, and we support that decision fully.
